Anderson Benson was formed in 2012 by Nashville-based insurance and risk management executives George Anderson, Stephen ‘Reno’ Benson, Steve Buzzell and Jim Marks. The founders had prolific legacy firm experience, but wanted to start a firm that delivered a new twist on collaborative service. The partners are committed to creating a firm that provides businesses, nonprofits and individuals with expert local consultation with highly personalized service in sharp contrast to the commodity transaction model and ‘800 number’ customer service that many insurers have adopted.
